Hi Cousin, I did love your last thoughtlet about Embarrassed. Everyone has those same experiences and it is always good to hear them from someone else. It makes me feel like I am not the only one who struggles, a comforting feeling when I am in the middle of an embarassing situaiton.
Have you heard from Roice yet? He is planning on riding up with us to the family reunion. Chuck can't break away from work and Ben dosen't want to go this close to the starting date of his college. That leaves Dan, Shelly and I to go. I am glad for Roices company and of course he will probably help with the drive. We will leave on Wednesday night and drive straight through to avoid the heat and make the best use of our time. Roice wants to be to work on Monday, so do I so we will leave on Sunday, I hate driving on Sunday and missing church so I will take some conference tapes and we will hold church on the road, Dan will be excited, NOT. Roice is such a polite kid he will probably go along with what ever I say since it is our van. You raised a good one.
I just talked with Debbie an she says everyone but Jeff will be going. Glen is trying to get him there. His son Paul is spending the Summer with glen and Linda so he will be there. I guess you knwo that Grandma will be there also. Remember when we had the first one and she came because she thought it would be her last time to see us all together? One day when she was complaining to me about living so long I told her if she wasn't so ornery she would have gone a lot sooner. We had a good laugh over that. I am real excited ot see all of the cousins, I kinda wish your mom flet good enough to make the trek. How is she doing by the way? I like to remember her from a pitcure I have of her taken at the Forshae Family Reunion in Ogden, Utah. It was before her stroke and Aunt Mary was there with the rest of Grandmas brothers and sisters.
Debbie said she is sending out a letter with final information on it today. I can't wait!
