Hello Everyone,
Do you want the good news or the bad news.(haha) The good news is my mother returned home yesterday from LDS Hospital. Now the bad news. Upon arriving home and just settling in the oxygen man showed up. My parents had soon discovered that they did not have a prescription for the oxygen (which was a blessing in disguise). My father rushed my mother to the hospital after a few moments the doctors saw some red flags. They decided to X-ray her an dfound that she had developed blood clots on her lungs. This has caused her some dificulty in breathing. She is in Cedar City's ICU where she is not to walk or sit up for the 5 days that she is required to stay there.
I will now reflect on a book that I am currently reading. It is Titled If you can't Climb the wall build a door! Principles to live by when quitting is not an option! I would have to say that my mother very well could have been the author of that book. She has never given up on herself. Despite all the trials that stretch far beyond her complications with cancer. She has gone through much more than I could put into an email.
I would like to propose an idea. I would like to get feedback from those interested in receiving weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly emails on updates of the immediate family and my thoughts and ideas on life. My father-in-law Roice out of Houston does something similar that I have enjoyed. I liked it so much that I would like to start something like that myself. For now the updates might come more frequent while there is a lot to be updated on my mother. But please let me know if you would be interested.
