Lyle Rowbury will distribute a CD with design thoughts in exchange for a signed confidentiality agreement in exchange for a signed. He will also collect proposed terms for a heads-of-agreement, for whichever option John Herrin & Company are interested in pursuing, and work with Ed Rogers to get a contract put together and signed.

H. Roice Nelson, Jr. is currently the Project Leader, and will work with the lawyers to finalize an agreement.
