• University of Houston professors (research and development teams)
• University of Houston graduate and undergraduate students (research and development teams)
• professional associates of University of Houston professors and graduate students (research and development teams)
• VETL employees and staff (systems and development teams)
• Walden 3-D's registered experts (marketing, research, systems, and development teams)
• oil company representatives (research teams)
• other geotechnical scientists (research teams)
• scientists and members of the community with complex spatial relationship problems to study (research teams)
