The more I think about it, the more positive reasons I see for your return early. Are you going to just go to the chef school in Austin, or do you want me to talk to Joe Menkie about a job in Houston? Either way, I recommend you put together a resume and forward it to me, letting me know if you want me to get specifics on the chef school in Austin for you.
