I have to meet Carlos Venegas at the park and ride at 6:30, and so I had a shower before reading the paper this morning and forgot to call you at 5:00. I'm sorry. I called an hour and 15 minutes late. I will call again tomorrow morning at 5:00 Houston time.

Pali Walia, the father of the neat family we had the nice dinner with in London, contacted me late last week about doing some work for him in Nigeria. Hopefully I am going to get someone to pay for me to come and visit you. I worry about you and miss you.

Did you know that Rick Zimmerman was the funding agent behind Carrabba's Italian Restaurants in Houston. Hopefully I will see him next week at NAPE and will tell him about your interest in being a chef.
