. . . Securing an Area-of-Mutual-Interest (AMI) for using Dynamic Resources' Lead Generation Machine

Important Instructions: This page is a window into semi-automatic selection of an AMI for defining where you have exclusive use of Dynamic Resources' Lead Generation Machine. Click on the state listed below, and the link will take you to a Java-Script selection window. These windows only work with recent versions of MicroSoft Explorer. They allow you to select (drag and drop) individual IG5 Grid Cells (Infinite Grid^SM level 5: 7.5' longitude x 3.75' latitude) into an order form, which is e-mailed to Dynamic once you select submit. Soon we anticipate being able to take secure credit card payments over the Internet.

Key points to remember when ordering:

• You can select one IG5 Grid Cell at a time with drag and drop
• Minimum order size is 10 IG5 Grid Cells

Each accepted order will be followed up with a contract, which

• Establishes legal extents of the AMI
• Gives the purchaser exclusive rights to results from Dynamic Resources' Lead Generation Machine within this AMI for 12 months from the date the order was placed (anniversary date)
• Gives the purchaser the rights to renew their exclusivity, upon payment of an annual fee, which is the same as the initial purchase price
• The annual fee is US$3,500. per IG5 grid cell, and provides you, the client, with:
  • Maps covering the AMI IG5 grid cells defining basic enginering parameters (drilling depths, reservoir thicknesses, etc.)
  • Maps covering the AMI IG5 grid cells defining earth physics (temperature, pressure, density, etc.)
  • Maps covering the AMI IG5 grid cells defining basic geology (number of sands, formations, etc.)
  • Monthly status reports of exploration activity within your AMI;

The Process for entering into an AMI Agreement is:

1. Select an area.
2. Go to the appropriate map off of this page, then drag and drop the IG5 cells that cover your area.
3. Enter contact information and submit the request. This time dates your preference. All AMIs are issued on a first come, first serve basis.
4. Dynamic will respond within 1 working day, specifying any IG5 cells you requested, if any, which have already been taken by someone else, and providing an AMI agreement and invoice for execution.
5. Upon receipt of the executed AMI agreement or 50% payment, the AMI is in place for 12 months from the time-date of your original submittal.
6. Dynamic will collect data across your AMI and the surrounding region, and create a series of maps to provide geologic context and leads over your area. A secure web site will be set up, and you will have on-line access to these maps. The remaining 50% of the purchase price is due upon receipt of these maps, and renewal fees need to be processed prior to the anniversary date.
7. Dynamic will monitor who accesses your site, providing monthly reports of access, monthly summary of activity in your AMI, and updating the maps as additional material becomes available. Dynamic will also incorprate your proprietary data into the Lead Generation Machine for a preagreed fee. Lastly, Dynamic will work Leads into drillable Prospects within your AMI under a mutually agreed extension to the AMI Agreement.
