. . . Leasing Exploration Monitoring of IG1 Infinite Grid^SM Cells from Dynamic Resources

The IG1 Level of Dynamic Resources' Infinite Grid^SM covers the entire Earth with 64 IG2 cells, each 45^o Longitude and 22^o30' Latitude.

Dynamic will provide data mining of exploration opportunities and CLP generation (new exploration Concepts, Leads, and Prospects) on a worldwide basis for US$10. million per year plus participation in discoveries. At the worldwide scale, Dynamic will pursue CLPs within a specific geotechnical framework: i.e. deepwater; Miocene turbidites and basin floor fans; etc. Dynamic only takes on one customer per specific geotechnical framework in order to insure there is no conflict of interest. However, Dynamic might have several projects for a particular area, a particular depth range, or a particular geologic time interval. All results related to the specifically defined geotechnical framework will go only to the client company. This investment would be jointly managed with the client, and it is anticipated would be spent approximately equally on data, exploration, technolgies, lease expense participation, and drilling expense participation. Dynamic will provide a team of 10 people full time pursuing each specific geotechnical framework contracted on a worldwide basis. These projects are for a minimum period of three years.
