Opportunity:

Purchase of 1% of 8/8ths Overriding Royalty Interest holdings in 8090.72 acres (7,166.15 acres plus optioned property of 924.57 acres) for US$150,000.

A 50 square mile 3-D seismic survey was collected over the property and 53,000 surrounding acres in the fall of 2000. This data will be out of processing in April 2001. The owners of 9% of 8/8ths Overriding Royalty Interest holdings need to raise cash to cover other business opportunities outside of the oil industry, and are thus willing to sell 1/9ths of their interest prior to completion of the geotechnical evaluation or drilling of the first wildcat well.

Geotechnical Summary:

Oil and gas have been found on the property. There were shows in the Kirby LGM, Needham Medford, WB 1-10 Shelley, Milestone AMF, Meridian 23-17, and 30 BOPD from the Kirby Jennifer, all of which are within the property.

There is production in the Gramps Field, 32 miles to the south. 7,000,000 B/O have been produced from a 100 acres of surface area and at an average reservoir depth of 1,500 feet. The oil recovery per acre foot has been reported as the second highest recovery per acre foot in the world. The Recovery Factor for this field is in the 200% range. The field is being dynamically replenished from a deeper formation. Note that the Gramps Field is adjacent to the "Burnt Creek Fault," and the property encompasses this same Burnt Creek Fault. Shows have been noted in virtually every well drilled along the Burnt Creek Fault.
